Can hotels with 50 or more rooms no longer provide amenities at all?
No. Since March 29, 2024, what is banned is providing five single-use items — toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, rinse and razors — free of charge. Refillable bulk dispensers such as 500ml bottles in the bathroom are not single-use items, so you can keep using them.
What is the fine for providing single-use items free of charge?
KRW 500,000 for the first violation, KRW 1,000,000 for the second and KRW 2,000,000 for the third and later. Violations are counted within the most recent one year.
Why 500ml bulk dispensers?
They replace small single-use bottles to meet the regulation, while cutting the waste of empty bottles in every room and the burden of inventory management. Our bath amenities are supplied mainly in a 500ml bulk format.
We are worried about dispenser theft and hygiene.
Locking brackets fix the dispensers to the wall to prevent theft. Products are supplied in dedicated bottles, so contents are never decanted into other containers.
Which bath amenities do you supply?
Not tied to any single brand, we source 500ml bulk bath amenities to fit your concept, room grade and budget, or produce them as your hotel’s own OEM line. Supply of the previously imported brands has concluded, and we help existing clients transition to replacement products.
Can I check product ingredients in advance?
Yes. We provide the full ingredient list of each proposed product with our quote. Cosmetics distributed in Korea also carry full ingredient labeling on the container and packaging under the Korean Cosmetics Act.
How should we handle toothbrushes, toothpaste and razors?
Many hotels stop placing them in rooms by default and switch to paid sale or on-request provision. HOTELIAN supplies kraft paper-packaged dry amenities to help reduce plastic packaging.
What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ) and lead times?
They depend on brand, item and stock availability. In-stock items are shipped directly to your hotel within a relatively short time; for items that need import orders or OEM production, the quote states a lead time that reflects production and customs schedules.
How are unit prices determined?
Prices vary by brand, item, order quantity and whether you order regularly. Tell us your number of rooms and expected usage and we will quote unit prices per item.

Can you make items with our hotel logo?
Yes. We handle OEM and bespoke production including logo engraving, brand color matching, custom packaging and signature scent development, working directly with factories in China and Southeast Asia.
Can lodgings with fewer than 50 rooms or pensions also order?
Yes. Any lodging business can trade wholesale with us regardless of room count. Properties under 50 rooms are not subject to the free-provision ban, but many consider bulk dispensers to cut costs.
