About Hotelian

Hotel amenities, from import
to the guest room — one company

Founded in 2009 as a hotel supplies and amenity specialist. We supply 500ml bulk bath amenities, paper-packaged dry amenities and OEM guest-room items wholesale to hotels, resorts and lodging businesses.

Building on six years of hands-on hotel experience, we have run the entire chain in-house since 2009: import customs clearance, inventory management and direct delivery to hotels. Since 2015 we have also exported sheet masks, cosmetics and cosmetic containers to Japan.

HOTELIAN starts again with a fresh heart

Since our founding in 2009, the years we shared with Labottega (Vanity Group) from 2012 have been a great asset to HOTELIAN. Our long partnership made it possible to introduce bath amenities from five-star hotels around the world to hotels in Korea.

With the termination of our supply agreement, HOTELIAN is concluding the Korean supply of those brands. We sincerely thank them for their trust and cooperation over the years — and we are deeply grateful to every hotel client who chose and used these products with us.

Now HOTELIAN starts again with the same spirit we had when we founded the company in 2009. Without being tied to any single brand, we will focus on finding, making and supplying the amenities and guest-room items that fit each hotel.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can hotels with 50 or more rooms no longer provide amenities at all?

No. Since March 29, 2024, what is banned is providing five single-use items — toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, rinse and razors — free of charge. Refillable bulk dispensers such as 500ml bottles can still be placed in bathrooms.

What is the fine for providing single-use items free of charge?

KRW 500,000 for the first violation, KRW 1,000,000 for the second and KRW 2,000,000 for the third and later. Violations are counted within the most recent one year.

What hotel supplies does HOTELIAN provide?

500ml bulk bath amenities (shampoo · conditioner · body wash · body lotion), paper-packaged dry amenities (toothbrush · toothpaste · razor · comb · shower cap), dispensers and brackets, and logo-engraved OEM guest-room items — supplied wholesale to hotels and lodging businesses.
